Have ordered both varieties several times & know that the 14" comes in 24"x24"x24" boxes; 9" is in 24"x20"x20" boxes. 9" is tied with orange twine; 14" is not tied. Plus, 14" just looks better. After delay of several weeks I called, was told it was a hurricane issue, they would ship the 14" Grade A that day (he read off my order to me, didn't indicate any problem with shipping what I ordered). A few days later I received the 9". When I called to ask about it, I had to leave a message. Never got a callback. I get weather issues, do not get the lack of communication - if you don't have what I ordered, tell me so I can decide what to do.
